Business Projects Adviser Joins The Board
William Wilsnagh has been appointed as an independent Business Projects Adviser to the SportsAble Board. He has over 30 years of business experience, 20 years of which have been in business ownership and various executive leadership roles across IT (Information Technology), manufacturing and general management.
Through these various roles as MD, CEO and Non-Executive Director, he has gained considerable experience in improving operations and business performance through developing and implementing business strategy and delivering sustainable business growth for business in the UK, South Africa, Europe and the Americas. William also has strong charity, community governor and policy-making experience. He inspires at the most senior level and facilitates seamless project management, always utilising his out-of-the box thinking.
Business Projects Advisor, William Wilsnagh, says: “SportsAble delivers an invaluable service to the community. It is important that in light of these tough post-Covid19 times we find new ways to protect the sustainability of the Charity by exploiting of existing income streams, developing new special projects and income-generating opportunities.
“Liaising closely with the President and Board of Trustees, I look forward to introducing new practices, ideas and innovations that will keep the charity providing a much-needed service to the community for many years to come.”
Making a difference to a charity that enables people, who would otherwise not have the opportunity, to live a sporty and healthy life is very important to William.
Health and fitness is also an important part of William’s life. At school he played rugby and hockey and won medals for long-distance and cross-country running. Today he continues to visit the gym regularly.
